Usually the highest priced items on eBay are houses or cars, or maybe just someone trying to get attention for something and jacking the price up sky high. But this $50 Gold Certificate is one of the highest priced items I've ever seen on eBay. This certificate is obviously for the most serious of currency collectors since its price at the moment is a cool $17,585,000! Ebay is going to make some serious change if this currency auction sells on the site. I find it kind of weird that someone would try and sell it on eBay, though. Seems for that much money, they would know who would be interested in purchasing it. Anyway, good luck eBay!
