This house belonged to the family of Eddie Vedder when he was a teenager. It is in a neighborhood of San Diego called Encinitas and it's one mile from the beach. 2500 square feet with a large yard rounds it out nicely. The first thing I would do is change the paint scheme, as it's pretty ugly. But for $820,000, I guess I could afford some paint!
